How do they work?

Condoms prevent the semen (the fluid containing sperm) from entering the vagina. The male condom is placed on the man's penis when erect (and before any sexual contact). It is rolled up to the base of the penis by holding the tip of the condom to make itan extra space at the end. This creates a space for remainingsemen after ejaculation and decreasing the chance of breakingthe condom.
